If you cannot avoid foreclosure
In some cases, preventing foreclosure is not possible. If you find yourself in this situation, we will do our best to ease your transition from the property so you can move forward. If you are facing foreclosure and have not talked to us about getting help, please call us at 1-800-949-6699. You may still have other options.
Escalation Process
Cimarron Mortgage Company is committed to assisting you in a timely and professional manner throughout the process of helping you keep your home or navigating the foreclosure process. If you believe that an error or problem has occurred throughout the mortgage assistance process or the foreclosure process and believe your concerns are not receiving the appropriate attention, you have the right to escalate your concerns or complaints. You can contact our Escalation Manager by calling 1-800-949-6699 or by emailing Escalation@ecimarron.com.
Within 3 business days following receipt of your inquiry, an Escalation Manager at Cimarron Mortgage Company will acknowledge your inquiry in writing via email, fax or mail and provide you with a contact name, a case number and a resolution date. The resolution date should be no more than 15 business days from the receipt of your inquiry. In some cases, Cimarron Mortgage Company might need additional time to resolve your inquiry but in no case will the resolution response time exceed 30 business days.

- If you are facing foreclosure and haven't talked to us about getting help, please call us now. You may still have other options.
- The foreclosure process and the mortgage assistance process may take place at the same time. Be sure to work closely with us so that we can explore all the mortgage assistance options that may help you keep your home.
